Tiana Grimes-Wolfe
Executive Coach
Tiana is a coach, public servant, community organizer, and spiritual activist. Throughout her life, Tiana has remained passionate about understanding human growth and connection, and maintained her belief in the importance of humility and openness in leadership.
After earning an Engineering Science degree from Dartmouth and her M.B.A. from Duke, Tiana held positions in construction, finance, and transportation. She currently serves as Deputy Director of Capital Funding for the New York MTA, where she leads a team responsible for securing billions in resources for regional travelers.
She is the founding member of Undoing Racism Organizing work where she facilitates discussions about the effects of racism and white supremacy culture on the lives and identities of all people.
Tiana and her husband are parents of two sons in grades school and a daughter in college. She is a scout leader for her Outdoor Service Guides troop, loves making stained glass artwork, and cooking delicious food.
